Should we pay 45$ for licence per each year or it's singe payment?

I'd like to purchase both products for my client website - My Blog and Joom Comment (Pro license, 75$ for both components), but I need to make things clear - 45$ for My Blog - is it a single payment for all time or we have to pay this price each year to continue license?

Sirs, does Professional Edition gives unlimited license to use or we should pay 45$ per a year to go on license?

It's a license for a single site, so each site would be $45.

As for the year, you can download updated versions, like when they finally make the modules native J1.5 and fix a few outstanding issues, for a year, but once you bought it, you own it...don't have to pay $45/year to use it.
